The timing of the introduction of duty free regime in the free port of Vladivostok disrupted due to delays with the adoption of bylaws that relate to equipment and components.
VLADIVOSTOK, 21 Oct. Nadezhda Egorova. Deputy Prime Minister, Plenipotentiary of RF President in the far Eastern Federal district Yuri Trutnev instructed to accelerate the introduction of duty free regime in the free port of Vladivostok, the timing of which were thwarted.
As noted by the acting head of the far Eastern customs administration (DVTU) Sergei Fedorov at the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the port regime of free customs legislated. “But the draft regulations that relate to the hardware components have not yet been adopted. They are nearing completion. This deals with the FCS. According to the plan, work was to be completed in September,” — said Fedorov.
Trutnev noted that you missed the deadline. “We are your leaders will formulate the wish that they were not detained. At the next meeting of the Council will ask them to report back,” said the Plenipotentiary of the RF President in the far Eastern Federal district.
Previously entered into force the law on the establishment of the free port of Vladivostok. The head of Minvostokrazvitiya Alexander Galushka reported that potential investors in the free port has already offered seven investment projects worth more than 60 billion rubles.
The state provides to residents of the free port free of road and engineering infrastructure. For residents of the free port is stipulated preferences and privileges for the profit tax: in the first five years applies a reduced rate — not more than 5% in the next five years — at least 10%. The free port covers 15 municipalities of Primorsky Krai.
