Moscow. October 22. Payments of “Gazprom” in some foreign banks were delayed for a few days, although the concern is not subject to the sanctions, said on the Eurasian forum of head of Department 816 “Gazprom” Alexander Ivannikov.
“Many banks behave inappropriately. Despite the fact that Gazprom does not sanction the company, payments may hang for 10-15 and more days,” he said.
“In these circumstances, the most acceptable and convenient for us are the Italian banks Intesa and UniCredit. We did them two weeks ago another good borrowing (Eurobond) the amount of 1 billion Euro, and in the future intend to continue this work”, – said Ivannikov.
