Moscow. October 22. Claims of Sberbank and Alfa-Bank on bankruptcy of airline “Transaero” has divided one minute. Therefore, in the case of insolvency of the carrier the largest Bank of the country acts as a “cover” creditor, Alfa-Bank attaches to its claim.
As they say in court materials, the statement of the savings Bank entered the St. Petersburg arbitration electronically at midnight on 18 October. A moment later came a Declaration of acceptance of Transaero bankrupt from Alfa-Bank. In accordance with the bankruptcy law, if the court received an application on recognizing the debtor bankrupt from a few persons, those persons are treated as applications for membership on the bankruptcy case.
Thus, the claim of Alfa-Bank, received after the claim of Sberbank, accepted for production as the application for intervention in a bankruptcy case, explains the court.
A preliminary hearing on the lawsuit is scheduled for November 25. Of its intention to bankrupt Transaero previously also officially declared VTB, but the information about the lawsuit state Bank yet.
The certificate of the operator Transaero cancelled from 26 October.
