MOSCOW, 23 Oct. Work on a new edition of the Code about administrative offences (KoAP) the Russian Federation is completed, it will soon be submitted for public discussion, told reporters on Friday the head of the Duma Committee on constitutional legislation and state construction Vladimir Pligin.
According to him, preparation of the short stories was conducted within the framework of the working group, which included eight people. The final document is 1590 pages.
“The working group completed work on a new version of the Code on administrative offences”, — said the Deputy, adding that at the stage of preparation took into account comments that were made when assessing the General part, which was previously submitted to the state Duma.
Pligin said that the new version of CAV will be made only after public discussion. The text will be published on the website of the relevant Committee.
“The working group is interested in maximum cooperation with the media, civil society. After you approve this revision, we will make and offer the State Duma to consider in the first reading,” he said.
