The Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation has urged not to assess optimistic budget revenue 2015


MOSCOW, October 23. The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation urges not to look optimistic on the income of the current year’s budget, said Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, introducing in the state Duma amendments to the budget for 2015.

“Our colleagues from the audit chamber few are optimistic about the volume of budget revenues this year. I want to say that when today we see the rouble at the level of 61.7 rubles per dollar, and the price of Urals oil at $ 45 per barrel, in these conditions, of course, there are risks of reducing revenue forecasts, which we put in amendments to the 2015 budget”, he said.

According to the Minister, the increase in tax revenue in the budget of the current year is incidental.

According to the Ministry of Finance introduced the amendments, budget revenues this year will amount to 13,251 trillion rubles against 12,54 trillion rubles in the previous edition of the budget, the expenditures for 15.42 trillion rubles against 15,22 trillion rubles previously. Evaluation of deficit was reduced from 3.7% to 3% of GDP.

The 2015 budget shortfall will amount to 10 billion rubles

The Minister also stated that amendments to the 2015 budget include a reduction in the forecast plan of privatization revenues by 10 billion rubles.

“This year will lose out on sources on privatization. Unfortunately, this item will be reduced by 10 billion rubles”, – he said.

According to the Minister, due to the fact that the privatization of shares of “Sovcomflot” is postponed until next year.
