MOSCOW, 24 Oct. The state Duma Committee for budget and taxes, thinks the planned Federal budget for the next year the oil price in 50 dollars per barrel in 2016 too optimistic, told reporters the head of the Duma Committee on budget and taxes Andrey Makarov.
“As the chamber of accounts and the budget Committee assumes that this price is overly optimistic,” Makarov told journalists.
