The state Duma Committee for budget and taxes considered the materials submitted by the government simultaneously with the draft budget for 2016, and decided that these materials comply with the requirements of the Budget code.
MOSCOW, 24 Oct. The draft Federal budget for 2016 corresponds to the Budget code of the Russian Federation, told journalists the head of the Duma Committee on budget and taxes Andrey Makarov.
On Friday the main estimates for the country for 2016 was introduced in the lower house of Parliament. Makarov then noted that the state Duma Committee on budget and taxes is the day to check the document for compliance with the Budget code of the Russian Federation.
“The Committee considered the submission by the government simultaneously with the draft budget for 2016, and decided that these materials comply with the requirements of the Budget code as from the point of view of completeness of the submitted materials, and from the point of view of the reasonableness of those materials, are included and sent to the state Duma. The budget Committee suggests that the Council of the Duma to determine the order of consideration of the draft budget 2016, identifying committees that will deal with sections and subsections, and offers to do it in a shorter time frame, than this implies the Budget code”, — Makarov said to journalists.
“From an accounting perspective, the budget is balanced, with the point of view of the tasks that are yet to come, we still have a lot of work,” said Makarov.
Revenues in the draft budget for next year is planned at the level of 13,738 trillion rubles, expenses — 16,098 trillion rubles. The budget deficit will be at 2.36 trillion rubles, or 3% of GDP.
The document for the following year drawn up on the basis of the inflation rate not exceeding 6.4 per cent.
