Currently JSC “Oil terminal “Lavna” is owned by CJSC “Sintez petroleum”. “Lavna” is included in the development project of the Murmansk transport hub.
MOSCOW, 26 Jan. The affiliated structure “Rosneft” — “RN-the Asset” — filed to the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) the Russian Federation the petition for acquisition of 100% of CJSC “Oil terminal “Lavna”, said the Minister.
The FAS made a decision on prolongation of term of consideration of the petition for two months in connection with necessity of its additional consideration, and more information for decision making, according to the document.
CJSC “Oil terminal “Lavna” is owned by CJSC “Sintez petroleum” (“Synthesis”).
“Lavna” is included in the development project of the Murmansk transport hub. This project in turn included in the Federal target program “Development of transport system of Russia” and includes the creation of a deep-sea terminals for transshipment of coal, oil cargoes and containers. The total project cost was estimated to be to € 132.2 billion roubles, of which 56,5 billion — budgetary funds.
