Kustovskyj explained that this special regime provides that the company “Aeroflot” and “Transaero” for each of the planned flights through Ukraine to Bulgaria, Turkey, Egypt, Greece and Israel should seek permission from the state aviaservice of Ukraine. The Federal air transport Agency on the results of the inspection of Transaero airlines has decided to cancel the operator’s certificate of the company on 26 October.
