The Minister of agriculture of Russia said that the promotion of the Russian products will contribute to increased participation in international exhibitions and fairs.
MOSCOW, 26 Jan. The products of the Russian production in three years will take its place in the Asian markets, said on Monday the Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachev at a meeting in support of food exports.
“There kind of waiting for us, maybe not with open arms, but I’m sure after three years, if we actively continue the offensive on all fronts, we become part of the Asian market. Russian food will be part of the Asian market, I absolutely don’t doubt that, not at all,” said Tkachev.
“I am confident that the capacity and pork, and poultry, and beef, products of grain processing, of course, each year will increase,” he added.
“The day is near when we will these figures be measured by millions of tons”, — said the head of the Ministry of agriculture.
According to Tkachev, promotion of domestic products abroad will contribute to increased participation in international exhibitions and fairs.
“I only hope for active work not only of agriculture but also the Ministry of economic development, Ministry of industry and trade, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including development institutions, like the Russian export center, Russian Agency for export credit insurance, Eximbank of Russia”, — said the Minister.
