He noted that the U.S. should not refrain from supporting partners in the fight against ISIS in their attacks, including on earth.

In the Kremlin also prefer not to comment on the initiative of the Ministry of defense of Russia, who has invited military attaches from other countries to substantiate the accusations against the Russian side in attacks on civilian targets in Syria. “It is necessary to ask the Ministry of defence,” – said Peskov.
