Elaboration of proposals for financial support the implementation of roadmaps of the national technology initiative needs to engage the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of economic development, the Ministry of education, the Ministry of industry and trade, SKOLKOVO Foundation and a number of companies.
MOSCOW, 27 Jan. Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev has instructed a number of agencies to submit proposals for financial support of implementation of the road maps of the national technology initiative (STI) to 3 November, said in a statement posted on the website of the Cabinet.
According to the instructions of Medvedev following the meeting of the Presidium of the Council under the President of Russia on modernization and innovative development, development proposals must address the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of economic development, the Ministry of education, the Ministry of industry and trade, SKOLKOVO Foundation and a number of companies.
National technology initiative was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin in December 2014.
It is assumed that the strategy should unite the Russian scientists, leading universities and centers, experts, and compatriots working in high-tech industries abroad.
