MOSCOW, 27 Jan.Prime. The Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) may fine the S7 group, which includes airline “Siberia” and “Globus”, if it is confirmed information about buying a stake in the airline “Transaero” without the consent of the service, reported in the FAS.
“FAS has sent the request in S7, the deal on purchase of actions “Transaero” last week and expected an answer by Friday, but so far no response has been received. Therefore, if information about the deal between the companies S7 and “Transaero” is confirmed, the FAS can initiate administrative proceedings against the company S7, that is, to impose a fine”, — said the press service of the FAS.
