MOSCOW, 28 Oct. Russia needs to enter the amount of residential construction of 140 million square meters a year, said at a conference of the newspaper “Vedomosti”, the head of the Ministry of construction of Russia Mikhail Men.
“We need to go to 140 million square meters and above in a year,” he said.
