MOSCOW, 28 Oct. The government will decide on a possible extension of the state program of subsidizing interest rates on mortgage loans in January-February of 2016, said Wednesday during the conference, the newspaper “Vedomosti” head of the Ministry of construction, Mikhail Men.
“It was decided to revert to this issue at the beginning of the year, when will be summed up at the end of the program. In January-February it will become clear that it will be”, — he noted.
According to Me, the program helped to prevent a fourfold drop in the number of issued mortgages, which is predicted by some experts.
“I think this year to one trillion rubles we will leave,” he said. He said that today every fourth apartment, purchased on credit in Russia, was taken in the framework of this program.
