KRASNOYARSK, 29 Oct. The airline “Transaero” has not contacted the Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation about obtaining a new certificate of the operator, said Minister of transport Maxim Sokolov on Thursday in Krasnoyarsk on the opening of the new 4th bridge.
