“To manage the district and all district will be a “single administration” and economized by reducing the employees money will be directed on development of territories. In the settlements will remain a thought, the local budget, taxes and municipal property. The head of the municipal district will be accountable to the Duma rural settlement for the resolution of issues of local importance”, —said the Agency interlocutor.
He noted that this measure is aimed at improving the quality of management, the termination of the overlapping functions of the two administrations, reduce bureaucracy, spending budget for its maintenance, including maintenance, administrative tasks and facilities.
Earlier, the Governor of the Tyumen region Vladimir Yakushev has informed that the regional government optimizes its work by reducing officials. A reduction has already got 320 employees.
“It is not about the mechanical drawdown of 30%, and process optimization. We get rid of the unnecessary reporting, correspondence, implementing new information technology. All this will create opportunities for more effective management”, — said the head of the region.
