MOSCOW, 30 Oct. The Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) the Russian Federation is ready to fine Google at a minimum, if that to 18 November, will declare their intention to correct the violation, said the head of FAS Igor Artemyev.
“If they suddenly tell us that they agree and will fulfill our requirement, it is the largest mitigating factor. According to the administrative code, in this case, the fine will be minimal. In General, if are met all the conditions of minimality in the law, the so-called “four-eighths”, then one percent on the relevant market,” — said Artemyev.

We are waiting for them (Google — ed.) decisions and, second, we consider the market” — said Artemyev. “The final decision (on the penalty — ed.) will be after November 18,” added the head of FAS.
The FAS in September acknowledged Google (Google, Inc. and Google Ireland Ltd.) the violator of competition law for abuse of a dominant position of market pre-installed app stores in the Android OS. The Agency ordered the company until November 18 to resolve the violations that FAS has carried, including a mandatory preset on the mobile device along with Google Play other applications of the company, as well as a ban on pre applications of other companies.
The penalty for a company may range from 1% to 15% of turnover on the Russian market of pre-installed app stores for 2014. Deputy head of the FAS Andrey Tsarikovsky in mid-October stated that the decision on the negotiable fine for Google will be made within 3-6 months.
