Moscow. On 2 November. The Moscow arbitration court refused to allow the network “Auchan” is not to sell packaged tea, frozen shrimp, dumplings, vegetable mixtures, meat and vegetable semi-finished products, as well as cookies, candy, nuts and dried fruit.
Auchan previously asked the court to recognize illegal the order of Rospotrebnadzor, according to which not allowed the implementation of these food groups.
“As LLC “Auchan” was not provided evidence to support the stated application, in accordance with the norms of Arbitration procedural code of the Russian Federation, the court has no legal basis for granting the application”, – reported in capital management of Rospotrebnadzora.
The head of Rospotrebnadzor, chief state sanitary doctor Anna Popova at the beginning of October said that claims to the trade network are unavoidable. “That’s our usual workflow. No special claims to “Auchan” we don’t have. There is nothing unusual. If disturbances are detected in any shop, they should be removed,” she said.
According to Popova, the CPS does not put the question of closing “Auchan”.
Earlier the Moscow Arbitration court took into production the claim of Rospotrebnadzor on the involvement of LLC “Auchan” to administrative responsibility according to part 3 of article 14.43 of the administrative code. This article provides the penalty for legal persons from 700 thousand to 1 million rubles for violation of requirements of technical regulations. A preliminary hearing on the suit is scheduled for November 2.
In addition, the CPS has filed a lawsuit to “Auchan” in part 2 of the same article, but he was left without movement till November 12.
According to the results of inspections of Rospotrebnadzor in Moscow shops network Auchan imposed more than 25 million roubles of fines. Several hundred employees during inspections were suspended from work, after the elimination of violations of the functioning units was resumed.
