MOSCOW, November 3. Microsoft was going to raise from 1 January the cost of its software and cloud services in Russia at 19-25%. It is reported today the newspaper “Kommersant”. According to her, the prices for private users will grow by 19%, and for business – to 19-25% depending on the type of product and licensing schemes.
It is noted that the price increase will affect almost all products of the company, however, will not apply to boxed versions of Windows and Xbox game consoles.
“We regularly review our pricing to match market dynamics. In light of what is happening on the Russian market changes, Microsoft will adjust prices for the software and cloud-based products” – quoted by “Kommersant” the words of the President of Microsoft Russia Pavel Betsis.
1 February Microsoft has been up to 15-30% of the price of their products on the Russian market.
