“Award-winning employees will be as for the lack of absenteeism (i.e., for 100% return to work on schedule), and for achieving the best quality indicators by the result of the competition proceedings,” writes Agureev.
The number of employees in 2014 to receive this payment amounted to less than five thousand people. According to preliminary forecasts of this year, to work on schedule, without gaps, was 2.5 times the number of employees of “AVTOVAZ”.
