“Since the beginning of our planes performed 1631 sortie and attacked 2084 objects of military infrastructure of terrorists,” he said.
According to him, during these attacks, including destroyed 287 various control points, 52 terrorist training camps, 40 factories and workshops for the manufacture of bombs and missiles, 155 various warehouses of ammunition and fuel.

“Today at 11 am Moscow time held a joint exercise with the Russian air force and the US on the actions of the crews and ground services in cases of dangerous rapprochement of the aircrafts,” – said Kartapolov.
“The crews of the Russian air force and the international coalition in a specially designated area has made the convergence to the minimum safe distance of three nautical miles, set with each other communication at a predetermined frequency and exchanged messages about the parameters of his flight in Russian and English languages”, – said the representative of the General staff.

According to Kartapolov, war between Russia and Israel organized joint work on ensuring the safety of flights over Syria.
“Joint work with Israel to ensure the safety. Between the control center for the aircraft at the airbase Hamim and command post, the Israeli air force in round-the-clock mode works “a direct line”, where we are constantly exchanging information about air situation over Syria,” – said Kartapolov.
He stressed that the joint work on this direction will be continued.

Russian aircraft since September 30, strikes on the objects of terrorist groups in Syria, acting at the request of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. To participate in a ground operation in Syria Russia has no plans.
