The Governor Viktor Nazarov formed the government of the Omsk region of new structure; it includes five Deputy Prime Ministers and 12 Ministers, according to a press release from the regional government.
MOSCOW, 3 Nov. The Governor Viktor Nazarov formed the government of the Omsk region of new structure; it includes five Deputy Prime Ministers and 12 Ministers, according to a press release from the regional government.
“The head of region has signed the order about formation of the government of the Omsk region of new structure. New government structure has five Vice-presidents, each of whom supervises a unit”, — stated in the message.
First Deputy Chairman of the government of Omsk region appointed Andrey Novoselov, who would be responsible for issues of economic development. Deputy head of government will also be Vladimir Companiestop (questions of internal policy and territorial development), Stanislav Grebenshchikov (infrastructure), Igor Bondarev (industrial policy and public security) and Tatiana WireView, which commissioned social unit.
In the post of Minister of economy of the Omsk region approved by Oksana Fadina, Vadim Tcacenco will become the Minister of Finance of Moscow region. The Ministry of labour and social development will be headed by Vladimir Kupriyanov, Bogdan Masan will take the post of Minister of construction and housing and communal complex. Victor Belov will continue to work as Minister of industry, transport and innovative technology, Alexander Vinokurov — the Minister of natural resources and environment. Sergey Kanunnikov will be headed by the regional Ministry of education. Victor Lapuhin will lead the Ministry of culture, Andrey Storozhenko — the Ministry of health. The Minister of property relations appointed Boris Smolnikov. Minister of youth Affairs, physical culture and sports – Konstantin Podbelsky. The Ministry of agriculture and food of the Omsk region will be headed by Maxim Chemezov.
As stressed by Nazarov, October 21, introducing the new structure of the regional Cabinet, one of the main objectives of the changes is to improve government efficiency and personal responsibility of Ministers for the implementation facing the region objectives. “It is important that each leader understands his or her personal responsibility for the assigned areas. To work in the government of the Omsk region invited professionals ready to effectively perform the tasks in the current economic realities,” he brought in a press-service of the word Nazarova.
The head of the region added that for each of the Deputy chairmen of the government and the Minister will have developed key performance indicators to achieve certain results, with a conclusion at the end of the year. “Who can’t handle will be forced to resign. Ideas need not only to generate but also to embody, to achieve the execution of tasks,” — said Nazarov.
