MOSCOW, 5 Nov. The government of the Russian Federation at session on Thursday will discuss a bill to increase the limitation period of bringing to administrative responsibility for economic crimes, said the press service of the Cabinet.
The bill proposes to increase the period of bringing to administrative responsibility for violation of currency legislation with one to two years that will improve the quality and enhance the objectivity of such cases. The Commission of the government of the Russian Federation considered and approved the bill on September 28.
Also at the government meeting will discuss the draft law on preventing unlawful use of insider information to manipulate the market. He proposes to introduce additional requirements for professional participants of the securities market and expands the list of insiders.
