MOSCOW, 6 Nov. Shareholders and S7 are on the verge of bankruptcy, “Transaero” is not addressed in VTB with a proposal to take action “Transaero” from the pledge, reported in a press-service of the second Russian Bank assets.
“The representatives of S7 and “Transaero” is not addressed in VTB proposals on the withdrawal from the pledged shares of aviation companies”, — have informed in the press service of the Bank. It is known that the Bank has pledged a 25% stake of the troubled airline.
Previously co-owner S7 Natalia Fileva said that the deal between the co-owner of S7 airlines Vladislav Filev and owners of Transaero airlines was cancelled after it became clear that the carrier’s shareholder Alexander Pleshakov’s there is no 51% of the shares and control without further work for the company seemed inappropriate.
