“Rosneft” is ready to sign a long term contract for the purchase of electricity, said Igor Sechin at the international conference on energy cooperation between Russia and Japan.
TOKYO, 6 Nov. Rosneft provides Japanese companies to build power plants at Suzunskoye, Tagulskoye, and Lodochnoye fields in the Krasnoyarsk region, in this case, the company is ready to sign a long term contract for the purchase of electricity, said the President of “Rosneft” Igor Sechin.
“Cooperation in power sector may also include the construction of Japanese companies small power plants on our new fields such as Suzun, Tagul, Boat. We are ready even now to sign a long term contract for power purchase,” said Sechin, speaking at the international conference on energy cooperation between Russia and Japan.
Suzunskoye, Tagulskoye, and Lodochnoye fields are located on the territory of Turukhansk district of Krasnoyarsk region, near the Vankor field. Development of the fields is a subsidiary of “Rosneft” – “Vankorneft”.
