The meeting of the academic Council of the Institute of state and law on this issue will take place on 26 November, said the head of the constitutional Committee of the state Duma Vladimir Pligin.
MOSCOW, 9 Oct. The discussion of the new edition of the code of administrative offences will be held in late November with the participation of legal experts, told reporters on Monday the head of the constitutional Committee of the state Duma Vladimir Pligin.
Previously Pligin said that the working group has completed work on a new version of the code, which is a document almost 1600 pages. The text submitted for public discussion, and only after that the draft will be taken to the consideration of the lower house of Parliament. The current version of the administrative code was implemented on 1 July 2002.
“Held a number of academic councils at the institutes, which will be discussed the draft Code and at the same time we are grateful for the public discussion, which was in the media, and as a result of this discussion we came to the conclusion that in principle the idea of a single edition is supported… meeting of the academic Council of the Institute of state and law on this issue will take place on November 26,” — said Pligin.
