KYIV, 9 Nov. Inflation in Ukraine since the beginning of 2015 amounted to 33.3 per cent, said on Monday the state statistics Committee.
In October inflation amounted to 0.8%.
“Basic consumer price index in October 2015 amounted to 100,8%, YTD — 133,3%”, — stated in the message on the website of the statistics Committee.
The latest forecast of the International monetary Fund (IMF) on the economy of Ukraine for 2015 include the decline in GDP of 9% and inflation at 46%. And according to the forecast of the rating Agency S&P, Ukraine’s GDP in 2015 will fall by 15%.
The national Bank of Ukraine in September reported that it expects inflation for the year in the area of 44-46%, the forecast for 2016 is 10-12%.
