“The leader of housing development on the territory of Yamal became Noyabrsk, where the builders have put into operation 47,4 thousand “squares”. Second place goes to New Urengoy and 41.8 thousand “squares”, the third — Purovsky district is 35.3 thousand square meters”, — said the Agency interlocutor.
He said that of the total number of commissioned areas of 17.2 thousand square meters amounted to the objects of individual housing construction is 110 new private residential homes.
Earlier it was reported that the plans of the builders to bring the total value of completed dwellings in the district by the end of this year to 290 thousand square meters.
“In 2015, the new housing will appear in all the municipalities of the region. Currently under construction in the cities and villages of Yamal are 310 apartment buildings with a total area of housing 647,9 thousand square meters”, — said the Governor of Yamal Dmitry Kobylkin.
