MOSCOW, 10 Nov. Weighted average dollar exchange rate to rouble calculations “tomorrow” on the unified trading session (UTS) MICEX, which set the official rate of the Central Bank, at 11.30 GMT on Tuesday decreased by 26,98 pennies, amounting to 64,3908 of the ruble, according to data exchanges.
On Monday weighted average rate of the dollar was 64,6606 rubles per dollar.
