The land on the border with Ukraine will be used to ensure the safety and protection of the state border of the Russian Federation, equipment and maintenance of engineering structures and barriers.
SIMFEROPOL, 10 Nov. The government of the Crimea has approved the layout on the cadastral plan of the territory of two plots of land on the border with Ukraine for equipment and maintenance of engineering structures and barriers.
In particular, we are talking about the land plots located beyond the boundaries of the village of Voloshin on the territory of municipal formation “City district Armyansk”. The first plot 23166 square meters, the second is 900 square meters.
The plots will be used “to ensure the safety and protection of the state border of the Russian Federation, equipment and maintenance of engineering structures and barriers”, stated in the order, adopted at the government meeting on Tuesday.
The government has also provisionally agreed to the provision of the two above mentioned sections of the Crimean border Department of the FSB of Russia in constant (termless) using.
In addition, the Council of Ministers of Crimea gave a land area of 201435 square meters of permanent (perpetual) use of the Directorate for the construction and operation of facilities Rosgranitsa to accommodate automobile checkpoint “Armyansk” across the state border.
Also the Council of Ministers approved the scheme of location of land plot on the cadastral plan of the area 30431 square meters to accommodate the interim multilateral automobile checkpoint “Dzhankoi”.
