SOCHI, 10 Nov. Russia and Kuwait following the talks of Russian President Vladimir Putin with Kuwaiti Emir Sabah al-Ahmad Al-Sabah signed a package of documents on cooperation in transport, culture and investment.
Moscow and Kuwait agreed to create a joint investment platform, the document was signed by the Russian direct investment Fund and Kuwait investment authority.
Another document signed was an agreement on visa-free trips of holders of diplomatic, service and special passports.
The Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of communications of the state of Kuwait signed a Memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of transport. Another paper dealt with the cooperation in the cultural sphere. The Ministry of culture of Russia and the national Council for culture, arts and literature of Kuwait signed a Memorandum of understanding.
