MOSCOW, 11 Nov. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin ordered to approve the new composition of Presidium of the State Council, reported Wednesday.
“To have a rotation of Presidium of the State Council of the Russian Federation”, — stated in the order.
The document States that the composition of the state Council included the Governor of the Sakhalin region Oleg Kozhemyako, the Governor of Sevastopol Sergey menyaylo, Governor of the Novgorod region Sergey Mitin, the head of the CBD Yuri Kokov, the Governor of Krasnodar Krai Veniamin Kondratiev, Governor of Sverdlovsk region Evgeny Kuyvashev, the Governor of the Ulyanovsk region Sergey Morozov, the Governor of Vladimir region Svetlana Orlova, Governor of the Krasnoyarsk region Victor Tolokonsky.
The state Council — created in 2000 as an Advisory body to the President, who considers the major issues of the country.
