The plan should provide for the increase of efficiency of use of state property in the fish sea port terminals and modernization of port and fisheries infrastructure.
MOSCOW, 11 Nov. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin instructed the government by mid-February next year to approve the plan of measures on development of port infrastructure and management, said in a statement on the Kremlin website.
“The government of the Russian Federation to develop and approve the plan for the modernization and development of port infrastructure and management… the Deadline is February 15, 2016”, — stated in the list of orders of the President following the meeting of the Presidium of the state Council, which was held in October.
The infrastructure development plan shall in particular, provide for improving the efficiency of use of state property in the fish terminals of marine ports, as well as improving the disposition of such collateral.
In addition, the government in the development of the document should include the use of mechanisms of public-private partnerships to attract private investment, including through the conclusion of concession agreements.
