MOSCOW, 12 Nov. Businessman Vladimir Kogan, previously selected by sanator Bank “URALSIB”, passed 82% of the Bank’s shares, follows from the materials of the credit institution.
“The share of participation of the entity controlling the Issuer in the authorized capital…. 82% in the authorized capital of the Issuer that is 244,557 billion units of ordinary registered shares”, — stated in the message.
The CBR and the DIA in early November reported that a plan of measures to restore the financial position of the Bank “URALSIB”. The plan involves a transition of at least 75% of the Bank under the control of the Kogan, and the provision to the Bank through the DIA for the credit of the Bank of Russia 14 billion rubles for a period of 6 years and $ 67 billion rubles for a period of 10 years.
Later URALSIB said that Kogan has agreed to buy 82% shares of the Bank and the current Bank owner Nikolay Tsvetkov will retain a minority stake.
