MOSCOW, 12 Nov. The government of the Russian Federation at session on Thursday will discuss a draft law regulating the donation of land to the Russians in the far East, the press service of the Cabinet.
“The bill proposes to establish the procedure and conditions of free of charge to citizens of Russia land plots located in the far Eastern Federal district held in state or municipal ownership and free from rights of third parties”, — stated in the message.
As recalled by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers, the draft Federal law “On peculiarities of providing citizens with land plots for far Eastern Federal district and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation” was considered and approved on 9 November at a meeting of the government Commission on legislative activities.
In early September, the bill “About features of granting land plots on the territory of the far Eastern Federal district” was submitted to the government of Russia. According to him, land area up to 1 hectare available in the Far East by any citizens of the Russian Federation first the gratuitous use for 5 years, then the property free of charge, if the land was used to carry out any activities not prohibited by Russian legislation. In case of non-use a land plot shall be withdrawn.
