KHANTY-MANSIYSK, 12 Nov. By the end of 2015 in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug will be developed a record in the history of the region’s electricity — more than 90 billion kilowatt-hours, said the representative of press-service of Governor HMAO.
“These data were presented at the meeting of the Council on the activities of natural monopolies under the Governor of Ugra. All the indicators of the electric power industry go with the plus sign, and we will finish the year in positive territory. Considering the record of this year, electricity production in Yugra in the last ten years has increased by 31% compared to the previous year — 1%”, — said the press officer.
He noted that in 2015 the development of power grid facilities of the Autonomous Okrug will be invested about 2.8 billion rubles. These funds are put into operation 560 kilometers of new transmission lines and 187 MVA of transformer capacity.
“For the needs of this great economy of power industry of Ugra’s not forget about the interests of small consumers. So, this year, the average duration of connection of individual households and small businesses to the power grid was reduced by 47 days compared to the previous year: to network now you can join in 45 days. This period includes the execution of all documents, and connection,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
