MOSCOW, 12 Nov. In June of 2016 will host the second round of the Congress party “United Russia”, which will be approved lists to the state Duma and electoral program, said the leader of the EP’s Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
According to Medvedev, the EP is ready “to launch a unique project — Federal provisional voting, the results of which the party would nominate its candidates”.
“The entire cycle of preliminary voting will take about six months. The decision to launch the procedure to be adopted in the first phase of the 15th party Congress of February 5, next year. May 22nd will be the vote throughout the country. For June we have planned the second phase of the Congress, which will be approved by our electoral lists, as well as finalized our election program,” — said Medvedev, speaking at the national forum on local branches EP.
