All participants of preliminary voting should report that the applicant has no certain types of property, said Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. He noted that in the near future for the candidates themselves should decide whether they are ready to meet the requirements.
MOSCOW, 12 Nov. All participants of preliminary voting must account for the lack of foreign assets by the time the primaries before elections to the state Duma in 2016, said the leader of the party “United Russia”, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
“All participants of preliminary voting should report that the applicant has no certain types of property, in particular, no foreign assets. And to make it they are required at the time of filing application for participation in the procedure. So, frankly, now and, anyway, in the near future, our candidates for themselves must decide whether they are ready to meet these requirements. Here we do not force pull, for obvious reasons,” Medvedev said at the all-regional forum of the EP on Thursday.
Parliamentary elections in Russia held on 18 September 2016.
