Gennady Zyuganov said that the state Duma “budget of poverty and further destruction of countries” and that it should be rejected. It does not take into account new geopolitical realities and social rights, said the leader of the Communist party.
MOSCOW, 13 Nov. The leader of the CPRF Gennady Zyuganov said that the Communist faction will vote against the adoption of the draft budget for 2016.
The state Duma on Friday in the first reading will consider the draft budget for 2016. “The budget that the government submitted to the state Duma, is the budget of poverty and further destruction of the country,” said Zyuganov journalists.
“We believe that the budget should be rejected”, — said the Communist leader.
In his opinion, in the best case, the project should be aimed at improvement of the government. “Absolutely can not accept this budget, it deepens the already shattered society,” — said Zyuganov.
He also indicated that the draft budget does not take into account new geopolitical realities and social rights of the population. In addition, according to Zyuganov, the draft budget completely negates the policy of modernization and import substitution, because it is not supported by key industry, without which there is no security in the country. This is primarily electronics and radio engineering, provision in this area is reduced by nearly 10%, said Zyuganov.
“This budget is absolutely Interegional… regions dropped all the powers of all nine regions-donors, and the debt load of the regions, they are sitting in debt as in silks. The total debt of the regions already account for 2.2 trillion rubles, they will increase by nearly 400 billion,” — said the Communist.
“We believe that this budget puts the country in debt,” — said Zyuganov. According to him, the draft budget that undoes all of the may decrees of the President and undermines the defenses of the Russian Federation.
