Temporary break is associated with the procedure of re-registration of documents the system operator in the National Bank of Ukraine, reported the press service of the Russian organization. The Contact system awaits further action by the Ukrainian regulator.
MOSCOW, 13 Nov. The work of the Russian payment system “Contact” on the territory of Ukraine temporarily suspended the decision of the National Bank of Ukraine, reported the press service of the Russian organization.
“Temporary break in the Contact is associated with the procedure of re-registration of documents the system operator in the National Bank of Ukraine”, — reported in the payment system, adding that the re-registration takes place in connection with the “further adjustments to the package of registration documents on the basis of the comments received from the national Bank of Ukraine”.
The Contact system awaits further action by the Ukrainian regulator in consideration of the package of documents aimed at re-registration.
The time of re-registration, as explained in the Russian payment system, now depends on the efficiency of the work of the national Bank of Ukraine.
A source in the market of payment services called the decision of the Ukrainian regulator, “the political”. According to him, formally, the national Bank of Ukraine has discontinued Contact due to the fact that the documents of this payment system as calculation of the center appears lost on the day the license RUSSLAVBANK (RSB 24), but in such a situation can be all the Russian players.
“It is connected with politics. All Russian system of the filed documents for re-registration in 2014, but the Bank still no one officially is not registered”, — said the source.
