The ruble weakens against the dollar and the Euro grows

The unwillingness of OPEC to curb the growth of supply of “black gold” on the world market pushing the price down to the lowest levels since the end of the summer. Each member of the cartel on the words agree with quotas, one in fact is concerned at the retention of its market share and its capacity at the expense of other players.

Against this backdrop, the dollar has updated a maximum from the middle of September, rising to nearly 67 rubles.

At the same time, the Euro rate on Forex is decreasing in the district of 1.07 dollars, which leads to its weakening against the ruble. On Friday he fell and was unable to gain a foothold at the level of 72 rubles.

Friday support the ruble had the words of the head of the Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina. She said that the CBR is not a hard goal to build foreign exchange reserves. The reserves will be held in the period of monetary stability, Nabiullina added.

As a result, the price of a barrel of Brent fell below 3 thousand rubles, which is clearly not welcomed by the Ministry of Finance, since every ruble to dollar exchange rate stands for the budget of about 90 billion rubles a year, analysts estimate.
