MOSCOW, November 13. The members of the management Board of Rosneft earned for 9 months of 2015 3,253 billion rubles, follows from the company reporting on RSBU.
Including salaries of top managers amounted to 545,267 million roubles, prize – 2,006 billion, and other payments reached 647,453 million.
As have explained in “Rosneft” the payment of other types of rewards for 3rd quarter of 2015, subject to the requirements of applicable law and shall not exceed the corresponding amounts for the previous year. Significant growth of remuneration in the 3rd quarter of 2015 has not occurred, the principal amount was formed in the 2nd quarter of 2015. This effect was due to the payment of premiums for the realization of important projects, as well as the payment of premiums for the awards. The total amount of General and administrative expenses of JSC “NK “Rosneft” (legal entities) decreased by 11%. Payment of wages for the 3rd quarter of 2015 amounted to 150 million rubles, which is less than the average quarterly payment for the 1st half of 2015 (RUR 197 million for the quarter).
The company Board currently consists of 11 members. Last year the managers of “Rosneft” earned 2,797 billion.
In April “Rosneft” has informed that the company Board has decided to index wages only to the personnel of the subsidiaries. This indexation of salaries of employees of the Central office will not be held, mentioned in the message “Rosneft”.
As previously reported, the incomes of members of the Board of “Gazprom” for 9 months of 2015 increased compared to the same period last year by 8.5% to 1.74 billion roubles.
