Developing the scheme, which will significantly restrict the use of OFZ recapitalization of VEB, said the Russian presidential aide Andrei Belousov.
MOSCOW, 16 Nov. The issue of recapitalization of VEB can be solved without use of OFZ, told reporters the Russian presidential aide Andrei Belousov.
“There is now proposed a scheme which would significantly limit the use of OFZ recapitalization of VEB… In the limiting case of it never will, but the calculations are already there can continue to show that much required,” he said.
The newspaper “Kommersant” last week wrote that the government continues to look for ways of financial improvement plans of Vnesheconombank and the recapitalization of the Corporation at 1.5 trillion rubles by transferring her package OFZ.
Belousov earlier on Monday stated that at the moment there is a definite decision on recapitalization of Vnesheconombank, now there is study of detail and the final decision can be made in a week at the level of first Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov.
