A meeting of representatives of Russia and Ukraine can take place if Kiev considers the implementation of innovations Moscow, said the head of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov.
ANTALYA (Turkey), 16 Nov. Russia will hold talks with the International monetary Fund and its major shareholders on the debt of Ukraine, at the same time ready to discuss this issue with the Kiev, told journalists the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov.
“With the Minister of Finance we have not planned to meet. We believe that after the last of our proposals such a meeting could take place, if our colleagues will find it possible, the implementation of our innovations,” — said Siluanov.
“I think that first we will have a meeting or negotiations and receive a response from the International monetary Fund, as well as with our key fellow shareholders, the IMF, and at the same time is ready to hold talks with the Ukrainian side”, — he added.
Earlier on Monday it was reported that Russia made Kiev the proposal for the order of payment of debt at $ 3 billion, maturity dates which occur in December. According to him, this proposal may be used as the basis for resolving the debt problem of Ukraine to Russia.
