The Ministry of economic development and the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) have reached agreement on indexation of freight railway tariffs for 2016, an increase of 9% — practically settled the question; indexation of tariffs for gas and its transportation are still being discussed, told journalists the head of the MAYOR Alexei Ulyukayev.
“We have issued papers on this subject, but I think that we have a high degree of common understanding exists. I think that 9% is practically settled the issue,” the Minister told the journalists, answering the question about the level of indexation of tariffs for transportation in 2016.
Indexation of tariffs for cargo rail transportation 9% included in the draft Federal budget for 2016, which on Friday passed the first reading in the state Duma.
Ulyukayev said that the Ministry of economic development and the FAS still agree on the level of indexation of wholesale prices for gas and tariffs for its transportation. “On gas, we are still at the stage of douglasiana.
