Moscow. November 17. The head of Sberbank German Gref evaluates the current market situation as a large-scale banking crisis.
“What we see now is a large – scale banking crisis”, – said Gref to journalists on Tuesday. According to him, over the past 20 years is the most severe and prolonged crisis in the banking system.
“The situation is difficult, but stabilizing,” – said the head of the Bank.
At the same time, first Deputy Chairman of the CBR Alexey Simanovsky said that he sees no signs of a banking crisis. “No signs of a crisis,” he said.
