MOSCOW, November 17. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has signed the decree about introduction in action of the plan of defense for 2016-2020. The document was published today on the official portal of legal information.
“In order to implement activities in the field of defense … decide to apply from 1 January 2016 in place a plan of defense of the Russian Federation for 2016-2020”, – the document says.
The decree, dated 16 November, came into force from the date of signing.
