MANILA, 18 Nov. Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev has arrived in the Philippine capital of Manila, where he will participate in the summit forum of the Asia-Pacific economic cooperation (APEC).
Medvedev will speak at a Business summit, will participate in a meeting of leaders with members of the Business Advisory Council and the APEC leaders ‘ meeting with members of the Pacific Alliance.
