“I note that today the decision, according to which Russian combat aircraft flew on the so-called free hunt on road tankers carrying oil owned by the terrorists in areas controlled by ISIL,” – said Kartapolov at a briefing for journalists.

“Only for the first few days the planes were destroyed, about 500 trucks. This has significantly reduced the possibility of militants through the illegal export of energy resources and therefore their income from smuggling of oil,” added the General.
